Help us to build the Hass Map and participate for a trip

Option 1: Global Avocado Summit

Event organized by the Avocado Committee of Chile
Santiago de Chile | November 21, 2024
*For 1 person

Includes:

• Full Access ticket for 1 person to the Global Avocado Summit, at the Casino Monticello Event Center.
• Lodging for 1 person for 3 nights and 4 days in a hotel chosen by Corpohass, close to the event site with a score higher than 9 in Booking. The room is standard, with double bed and private bathroom.
• Breakfast for 3 days.
• Air tickets Medellín-Santiago de Chile-Medellín for 1 person, departing on Wednesday, November 20 and returning on Saturday, November 23, 2024. Basic fare that includes 10 kg luggage in cabin and a backpack or handbag.

Requirements:

• Passport issued at least 6 months before the trip.
• Economic resources that guarantee the stay in Chile during the trip.
• Optimal health conditions

Not included:

• Transportation from the place of origin to the Medellin airport. Neither Hotel-Airport-Hotel transfers, nor to the site of the event.
• Transportation within the country during the stay.
• Travel and health insurance.
• Lunches, dinners and additional food during the day.
• Additional luggage to that included in the ticket offered.
• Additional charges for cancellations or changes in the hotel or ticket.
• Additional tours during the stay.

Option 2: Cartagena for 2

4 days and 3 nights in Cartagena de Indias.
*For 2 persons

Includes:

1. Estelar Playa Manzanillo Hotel.

• Lodging for 2 people for 3 nights 4 days from November 1 to 4, 2024 or from October 25 to 28, 2024.
• Standard Twin Beds room for non-smokers, with two queen beds with ocean view, private bathroom, air conditioning, coffee machine and minibar.
• Welcome cocktail, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks during the stay.
• Unlimited domestic beverages.
• Minors must stay with their parents or a duly authorized responsible adult.
• Air tickets Medellin – Cartagena – Medellin for 2 persons, in light fare that includes luggage of 10 kg in cabin and a backpack or handbag.

2. Hotel Estelar Melia Cartagena Karmairi

• Lodging for 2 people for 3 nights 4 days from November 1 to 4, 2024 or from October 25 to 28, 2024.
• Deluxe room with 1 king bed for non-smokers, balcony with ocean view, private bathroom and air conditioning.
• Welcome cocktail, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks during the stay.
• Unlimited domestic beverages.
• Minors must stay with their parents or a duly authorized responsible adult.
• Air tickets Medellin – Cartagena – Medellin for 2 people, in light fare that includes luggage of 10 kg in cabin and a backpack or handbag.

Not included: 

• Transportation from place of origin to Medellin airport. No transfer Hotel-Airport-Hotel, nor additional transportation during the stay.
• Travel and health insurance.
• Hotel insurance.
• Additional charges for cancellations or changes in the hotel or in the ticket.
• Additional luggage not included in the ticket offered.

Terms and conditions for trip assignment

1. All Corpohass Affiliates who complete the information requested in the form to build the Hass Map are eligible to participate. If data is missing at the time of the trip assignment, it will be disqualified.

2. Only one response or registration of the form per Corpohass Affiliate is valid. In case more than one answer is submitted, one of them will be randomly selected to participate in the trip assignment.

3. Only one travel option will be assigned. The selected Affiliate will choose the one he/she prefers, taking into account that Corpohass is not responsible for expenses associated with each one, not included in each offer, such as food in Option 1, and air tickets in Option 2.

4. Affiliates may complete the form until April 30, 2024 to participate in this allocation. Responses received after 6 p.m. will not be accepted.

5. To assign the trip, a Corpohass evaluation committee will verify the fulfillment of the requirements of each Affiliate and then, among them, will randomly draw the trip with a free online tool.

6. Any participant who is shown to have improperly manipulated the process of submitting information or altered the results of the allocation will be disqualified.

7. The allocation of the prize will take place on Wednesday, July 31 (International Avocado Day), at 4 p.m., through the online tool sortea2.com (free access) and with virtual transmission via Teams. The connection link will be available for public consultation and will be sent days before via e-mail and Outlook scheduler.

8. An Audit Committee will be formed by representatives of our Affiliates Fruty Green, Grupo Pronum, Agrícola Ara and Green West.

9. The form must be filled out by the member, if he/she is an individual, or by the legal representative, if he/she is a legal entity. Only one response per member is valid.

10.  Those who join Corpohass after April 30, at 6 p.m., must complete this form as a requirement and will participate in the allocation of the prize.
