Kathy, as she likes to be called, has over twenty years of professional experience in:
- Sustainability
- Social Responsibility
- Union management
- Human Talent
- Occupational Health and Safety – OSH
This Environmental Engineer from the Universidad de La Salle used to work in the flower industry, where she stood out for her intelligence, decision-making capacity and proactivity.
She is also a specialist in Management and Auditing from Universidad Santo Tomás and studied a Master’s Degree in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at CMI Business School. She is currently completing the PADE Senior Management Program at Inalde Business School.
